Pink Floyd Rarities Tapes

-----------------/\===============

Compiled by Gerhard Den Hallender
for the members of Echoes

The following page contains several tables containing the track lists for the Pink Floyd Rarities Tapes. These tapes were put together by Gerhard den Hallender during the Winter of 1995. The tapes were then dispersed through a tape tree to members of the Echoes e-mail listserv during the Spring of 1996. Gerhard's original tapes were recorded to DAT tapes and sent out to the main branches of the various trees. Three main tape-trees were developed; one for people who wanted DAT tape copies, one for those who wanted audio tape copies, and a final one for people who wanted the audio recorded to VHS tapes.

It should be noted that these tapes were compiled for Pink Floyd fans to document the bands accomplishments through the years. These tapes were not (and are not) meant to compete with material that can be purcahsed commercially. These tapes were dispersed freely so that all who wanted them could get them. These tapes were not offered for sale, are not currently for sale and should never be sold or purchased. You can, however, obtain copies of the rarities collection by arranging to trade tapes or send blank tapes to someone who already has the collection.

Click here to return to my Pink Floyd RoIOs List.

The following is provided as a reference source only.
There are six tables listed below, one for each tape.
The following tables are arranged as follows:
Column 1 contains the name of a track
Column 2 contains the source information for the track on the tape as follows:

Column 3 contains any additional comments about the track
(Note: "unconfirmed" means that the recording is unconfirmed as a true Pink Floyd track)

Although there are lots of tracks listed below, some tracks have been left off the list. There are some special "hidden" filler tracks that were also include with this collection of music. I am not going to reveal those to you here. You will just have to get the set and find out for yourself what they are.
